The 2024/25 Queensland State Championship Series came to an exciting close over the weekend, with the Regional Sprint Championship held in the stunning coastal town of Bargara.
Athletes from across the state lined up for their final opportunity to contest for championship titles, with perfect racing conditions setting the stage for some outstanding performances. Competitors gave it their all across the swim, bike, and run, with the energy and determination on display highlighting the strength of Queensland’s triathlon community.
The Regional Sprint Championships also offered a chance for athletes to earn valuable series points, with many final podium positions decided by the smallest of margins. The spirit of competition, camaraderie, and sportsmanship was on full display, creating a fitting finale to what has been an incredible championship season.
